The luxurious, crescent-shaped island will have a first-class entertainment area. Once completed, the area will be one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Middle East, providing owners who rent out their property with a high income.

The archipelago will consist of 7 islands and will become home to over 35K residents, and over 80 hotels and resorts will be situated within the Palm Jebel Ali development as well. It’s worth noting that over 30% of public facilities will be powered with renewable energy, and the project will support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and be created in accordance with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. Environmental factors are also being taken into account during the building process of the project, as well as when it will be fully operational, including the marine life within the surroundings.
